About
Owners and leaders bring me in when AI, the engineering organization, or quality is the problem in front of them. I stay close to the people who do the work, and close to the work itself.
I keep the engagement practical. A use of AI the business can trust. A team structure people can work in. Quality as a practice the team keeps, not a gate at the end. When the company has to change, I help people move, and stay, in the new way of working. The outcome I look for is people able to do better work.
Experience
I have spent 20+ years delivering quality software, including 15 years leading engineering teams.
I have led quality engineering operations at global companies, expanding quality models and the systems that support quality engineering at scale.
I have led engineering organizations, focusing on structuring engineering orgs into domain-aligned product teams. I have owned cloud infrastructure modernization and security programs at scale, achieving optimal uptime at a lowered cloud cost. From security and compliance to SOC 2 Type 2 attestations, I have served in every aspect of software delivery.
I have led agentic workflow design, development, and implementation to transform the engineering organization: 3× delivery throughput, 46% less effort per unit of work, and 100% of engineers adopted agentic tools.
I have personally built internal AI platform solutions on which sales, support, and admin teams built AI-supported tools hosted securely, at scale, with ROI top of mind.
